Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties no. 1 and 2. In view of the order proposed to be passed issuance of notice to opposite parties no.3 to 6 is dispensed with. Present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the authority concerned for expeditious disposal of the mutation application preferred by the petitioner under section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. However, a perusal of order sheet clearly indicates the fact that the said application is pending consideration on account of continuous boycott calls of the Bar Association concerned.
