Jalgaon. 3D) Sannideval S/o Pratap Koli, (Died on 22/5/2021, Through legal heirs 3D/1) Manisha W/o Sannideval Koli Age:- 23 Years, Occu:- Agri./ Labour 3D/2) Mohit Sannideval Koli Age:- 7 Years, Occu:- Education, U/G natural Mother 3D/1 Both R/o Padalse, Tq. Amalner, Dist. Jalgaon.” 4. There is no dispute that, the LR.s i.e. [3D] by named Sunnideval S/o Pratap Koli also died and his legal representative are as 3D/1 and 3D/2. A copy of mutation entry showing the names of these Respondents as LR.s of Deceased – Respondent No.3 is enclosed with the Application. 5. The learned Advocate for the Respondents has no objection to allow the Application. 6. On hearing both the sides and going through the Application, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses - ‘B’ and ‘C’.
