Considering the fact that the petitioner has an efficacious remedy by moving an application under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to file an application under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code which shall be decided in accordance with law within the time as prescribed under statute.
