No.2 to finalizing the Appeal under section 160 of the Municipality Act in Appeal No. 3178/2023 "Faisal Mahmood Versus Nagar Palika Parishad Baharaich & Others", pertaining House No. 27/42 situated at Mohalla Badi Haat, Police Station-Kotwali City, Pargana and Tehsil Baharaich, District-Baharaich, pending before him since 07.11.2023, within stipulated time to be prescribed by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice." 3.
