The present application has been filed with a prayer for allowing the impleadment of the Principal Accountant General (A&E), Manipur as respondent no. 4 in the connected WP(C) No. 139 of 2024 on the ground that Principal Accountant General (A&E), Manipur is a necessary party in the said writ petition. Mr. Shyam Sharma, learned GA and Mr. S. Suresh, learned counsel appearing for the office of the Accountant General (A&E), Manipur submitted that they have no objection in allowing the impleadment application. 2 In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the impleadment application is allowed. Registry is directed to incorporate the name of the Principal Accountant General (A&E), Manipur as respondent no. 4 in the connected writ petition being WP(C) No. 139 of 2024.
