Basing on the said instructions, learned counsel for the respondents submits that as the respondents have complied with the order of this Court, dated 27.01.2023 passed in W.P.No.1796 of 2023, the Contempt Case may be closed. 4. Recording the said submissions, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.
