Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that except making omnibus allegations, there are no specific allegations made against the petitioner, who is A2. Learned counsel would further submit that respondent 3 No.2 never stayed with the petitioner / A2. Learned counsel finally prays to allow the petition by quashing the case against the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 would submit that there are specific allegations made against the petitioner / A2, accordingly prays for dismissal of the petition. 4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor supported the case of the complainant. 5. Considering the submissions made and a fair look at the information submitted to the police by respondent No.2, basing on which, the case is registered, would show prima facie allegations against the petitioner to attract the offence punishable under Section 498A IPC. In that view, this is not a fit case for quashment. The matter requires investigation at the full length of trial. Such being the case, this Court cannot conduct mini trial to decide the truth or otherwise of the allegations made against the petitioner. 6. In the light of the aforesaid premises, the petition is devoid of merits. 7. In the result, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
