Heard Shri Suresh Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Shailesh Tiwari, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State, Shri Patanjali Chaturvedi, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 3 and learned counsel for the opposite party no. 5. 3. The petitioner claims certain dues for the work performed in pursuance of work contract. 4. Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 3 says that the District Magistrate had constituted an inquiry Committee to ascertain the work done. The inquiry has been completed but the report has not been received. It is due to be received soon. As soon as the report is received, then, a decision would be taken as regards the dues, if any, payable to the petitioner. 5. In view of the above, we disposed of this writ petition with the observations/directions that the report referred be submitted at the earliest, say, within a period of 15 days. Thereafter, the opposite party no. 3 shall take a decision as to the entitlement of the petitioner to the dues, if any, as per rules and if it is found that the dues are payable to her, then, dues shall be released in favour of the petitioner within next six weeks. 6.
