The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) Court No.15. Sultanpur to expeditiously decide the Application under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 C.P.C. as well as Regular Suit No.456 of 2020 (Lalta Versus Chauthi & Another) pending in the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division) Court No.15, Sultanpur pending since 27.5.2020, according to law within time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
