Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent authorities to direct the opposite parties especially opposite party No.4 Tehsildar, Tehsil- Shahabad, District- Hardoi, to remove unauthorized encroachment on land gata no.111(chak road) situated in Village- Gauriya, Pargana- Pandarva, Tehsil- Shahabad, District- Hardoi allow the writ petition of the petitioner with cost, in the interest of justice." 3. Learned Standing Counsel, based upon the instructions, sates that the crops are standing on the road, which are to be removed and 15 days' time is sought. 4. In view of the said, the present petition is disposed of directing that the chak-road shall be made free from encroachment within a period of four weeks from today.
