To direct the learned Civil Judge South, Court No.24, Sultanpur to decide the temporary injunction Under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 read with 151 CPC filed in specific performance bearing no. 1063 of 2021 "Ran Vijay Singh Versus Gaya Prasad" pending before him since 07.09.2021 filed by petitioner, expeditiously say within stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court as contained in Annexure No. 1 to this petition." 3.
