The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). Issue an order or direction to the learned Additional Civil Judge (Junior. Division) North Lucknow, District, Lucknow to decide the objections C-27 filed by the petitioner against the application C-6 under order 39 rule 1 and 2 read with Section 151 of Code of Civil Procedure moved by the opposite party no.2 in regular Civil Suit No. 1930/2024 (Arvind Kumar Rastogi Vs Rajeev Sahu & Others) pending before it within time framed and fixed by the Hon'ble High Court." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending objections with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
