CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD CHATTERJI KOUL, JUDGE
ORDER
15.10.2025
There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner when the matter was listed on 16.03.2015, after a lapse of nearly ten years. The same situation prevails today, indicating that the petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting the matter. Had the petitioner been interested, necessary steps would have been taken to get it listed.
Accordingly, due to inaction on the part of the petitioner, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
