With the consent of learned counsel for the parties matter is heard at this stage. 2. This writ petition has been filed for the grant of following substantive reliefs:- “1. That clause 2 of the impugned communication dated 05- 08-2020 (Annexure P-9) may kindly be set aside being illegal and arbitrary. 2. That the respondent state may kindly be directed to regularize the services of PAT policy Teachers (petitioners herein) retrospectively from 18 - 12-2014 i.e. the date of entitlement for regularization as held by this Hon'ble Court in CWP No. 3280/2022 (Annexure P-10) 3. That the respondents may be directed to produce entire records pertaining to the case and they may be burdened with costs of the petition.” -2- 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the case of the petitioners and the relief prayed for by them has already been considered & adjudicated upon in Surinder Kumar & Ors. vs. State of H.P. & Anr.1. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioners would be satisfied in case they be permitted to prefer representation to respondents/Competent Authority within a period of two weeks and thereafter, the competent authority be directed to decide the said representation within a time-bound schedule. Learned Additional Advocate General is not averse to this prayer. 4. Having regard to the afore-submissions, but without examining the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioners to file representation to respondents/Competent Authority within a period of two weeks from today. In case such a representation is received by respondents/Competent Authority within the aforesaid period, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law as well as taking into consideration the above judgment in the case of 1CWP No.3280 of 2022 decided on 20.09.2024 along with connected matters. -3- Surinder Kumar1 within a period of six weeks from today. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioners. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
