Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel. 2. The petition has been filed with the following main prayers: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding/directing the opposite party nos. 1 to 5 to dispossess the illegal encroachment from the Gram Sabha land bearing Gata no. 805/.1940 hectare situated at Village-Chhitnapur, Pargana- Paharapur, Tehsil-Colonelganj, District- Gonda and the copy of khatauni has contained in Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby directing the opposite party nos. 1 to 5 to remove the encroachment in furtherance of the order passed by the respondent no. 4 as stated any report dated 03-09-2024, contained as Annexure No. 5 to this writ petition." 3. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging that despite there being an order encroachment have not been removed. 4. The grievance of the petitioner can be raised by filing an application under Rule 460 of the U.P. Revenue Court Manual. 5. In case, the petitioner files such application, the same shall be consider and decided in accordance with law. 6. The writ petition is disposed off in the above terms.
