This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 14.12.2024 at Police Station- Banthara, District- Lucknow at Case Crime /FIR No.0422 of 2024 for the offence under Sections 304, 379, 420, 328 as contained in Annexure 1 to this writ petition. 3. After arguing at some length, counsel for petitioner prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to take appropriate proceedings before appropriate Court as permissible under law. 4.
