Through this petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble court may graciously be pleased directing the learned Additional Court, Court No. 2, Lucknow to decide the Complain Case No. 83214 of 2022 Under Section 138 of N.I.Act, Police Station-Hazratganj, District Lucknow., Ashok Sur Versus M/S MABS Healthcare & another, Pending before him expeditiously in prescribed time, as early as possible in interest of justice. Any other order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem just and proper in the circumstances of the case in favour of petitioner." Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case under Section 138 N.I. Act was filed in the year 2021. He further submits that the proceedings are going on at a very slow pace. Perused the record. On due consideration to the submissions advanced and perusal of the record, the petition is disposed of with a direction to learned court below to make an endeavour to decide the complaint case filed under Section 138 N.I.Act as per the provisions of Section 143 (3) N.I.Act.
