Revenue Code, 2006 A perusal of the order sheet indicates that only general dates have been allocated in the matter without even issuing notice. Proceedings being summary in nature opposite party no.1 is directed to decide the Case No.8298 of 2024 [Smt. Poonam Soni vs. Pateshwari Prasad] expeditiously, preferably within eight months from the date a certified copy of this order is brought on record of proceedings after holding opportunity of hearing to all concerned. This time frame shall be subject to co-operation of the petitioner in early disposal of the proceedings. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of.
