Considering the innocuous prayer and without entering into the merits of the case, opposite party no.3, i.e. SDM Sadar, District Lucknow is directed to decide the computerized case no. T202410460205313 (Shiv Kumar and Others vs. Gaon Sabha and Others) expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is brought on record of proceedings in case there is no other legal impediment. Such time frame shall be subject to co-operation of the petitioner in early disposal of the proceedings. With the aforesaid observations, the petition stands disposed of.
