It is submitted that, Writ Petition is filed by applicant-Trust impugning notice dated 08.03.2021 issued by Tahsildar, Newasa proposing imposition of penalty of Rs.12,28,028/-. It is submitted that during pendency of Writ Petition, land in question is converted to non-agricultural use. Accordingly, dilatory tactics are played.
