Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opp. Parties concerned to take the necessary action in respect of the grievances of the petitioner raised in application contained in Annexure no.1 to this writ petition and also take necessary action against the opp. party no.4 and his associates and also lodge F.I.R. against him and also protect the life and harassment of petitioner and her family members from opp. party no.4 and his associates, in the interest of justice. ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opp. Parties concerned to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner as contained in Annexure No.1 to this writ petition expeditiously within the stipulated time as provided by this Hon'ble court in interest of justice." 3. Learned A.G.A., on instructions, states that in this case, F.I.R. has been registered bearing FIR/Case Crime No.68 of 2025 at Police Station Badosarai, District Barabanki. 4. Sri Jai Shankar Tiwari, Advocate, holding brief of Sri Rakesh Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw present writ petition. 5. Accordingly, present writ petition is consigned to record as withdrawn. .
