JUSTICE GIRISH KATHPALIA O R D E R % 19.03.2025 [Physical Hearing/Hybrid Hearing (as per request)] CRL.M.A. 8284/2025 (exemption) 1. Allowed, subject to all just exceptions. CRL.M.C. 1837/2025 & CRL.M.A. 8283/2025 (stay) 2. The petitioner has sought quashing of complaint case under Section 138 Negotiable Instruments Act. On being asked to address as to whether after commencement of trial, quashment of complaint under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is permissible, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition. Further, learned counsel for respondent appearing on advance intimation has produced before me copies of orders of the learned Trial Court which reflect that the petitioner is somehow protracting the trial. According to learned counsel for respondent, this in itself is a sufficient ground to reject the petition. 3. However, as requested, the petition and accompanying applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
