Billing dispute is referable to para 6.5 of the Electricity Supply Code, 2005, unless the said remedy has already been availed, whereupon the remedy would be before the concerned Consumer Forum. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the said authority or forum, as the case may be. In case the petitioner approaches the authority concerned and such an application is maintainable under para 6.5 of the Electricity Supply Code, 2005, it shall be considered and decided expeditiously, unless the said power has already been exercised, whereupon the petitioner should raise his grievance before the appropriate forum.
