The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To issue an order or direction commanding the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Lucknow Bench, Lucknow to decide the Original Application No. 469/2019, Kamla Kant Veram Vs. Union of India & others within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the Court concerned shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
