The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the complainant in the case in C.C.No.281 of 2024 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Manamelkudi. Originally, the complaint was lodged on 20.08.2020 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi and thereafter, it was transferred to the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Manamelkudi and now the same is pending without commencing the trial. 3.
