Applicant- Ashu alias Asif, who is in judicial custody in connection with Case Crime/FIR No. 130 of 2024, under Sections 307 of IPC and 4/25 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station I.T.I., District Udham Singh Nagar, has sought his release on bail. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that there is no intention to commit the alleged crime; even no motive has been assigned and the applicant is languishing in jail since 23.102.2024. 6. Considering the submission of learned counsel for the parties and without expressing any opinion as to the final merits of the case, this Court is of the view that the applicant deserves bail at this stage. 7. Accordingly the bail application is allowed. 8. Let the applicant be released on bail, on his executing personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each of like amount, to the satisfaction of Court concerned.
