Hon'ble Manish Mathur,J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned State Counsel for opposite party no.1. In view of the order proposed to be passed notice to opposite party no.2 stands dispensed with. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the authority concerned for expeditious disposal of recall application dated 24.08.2020 preferred by the petitioner in mutation proceedings instituted by opposite party no.2. However, a perusal of order sheet clearly indicates the fact that the said application is pending consideration on account of continuous boycott calls of the Bar Association concerned. In such circumstances no specific time frame can be directed to the authority concerned when the parties themselves are not co-operating in the early conclusion of the proceedings. It shall however be open to the authority concerned to decide the said application expeditiously subject to co- operation by the parties. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
