Ms. Sheetal Selwal, learned counsel for the Petitioner. 2. Mr. Harim Mohan Bhatia, learned counsel for the Respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner makes a statement that since the building wherein petitioner is a tenant, the conditions of the building is dilapidated and petitioner has received the compensation amount for evacuating the said premises in question. 4. On this ground, petitioner wished to withdraw the writ petition, and in this regard a withdrawal application (IA No.14873/2025) has been filed. Learned counsel for the Respondent does not object to the said withdrawal application 5. In view thereof, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 6. Learned counsel for the Respondent makes a further submission that as per the order dated 19.11.2019, status quo shall be maintained qua the property in question, provided petitioner deposits a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- in the Registry of this Court.
