The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 25.4.2024 passed by this Court in S.C.C. Revision No. 154 of 2022, whereby this Court had disposed of the aforesaid case rejecting the claim of the opposite party to set aside the order passed by the lower court in S.C.C. Suit and had further granted time to the opposite party to vacate the premises within six months subject to fulfillment of certain conditions. It has been pleaded that the opposite party has not fulfilled the conditions prescribed in the order dated 25.4.2024 and has also not vacated the premises within the time granted by this Court. The applicant has the remedy to institute appropriate proceedings for execution of the order passed by the lower court and it is not a case for registering proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
