Babu and others" filed by the petitioner for cancellation of fraudulent void sale deeds executed by imposter of Khagga in favour of opposite party No.2 to 4, pending before him since 25.11.2024, in the interest of justice. Considering the reliefs as prayed for, the present petition is disposed off directing the Court concerned to decide the injunction application filed in the aforesaid suit with all expedition, preferably within six weeks from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
