Suresh Kumari & others for restraining to sale, illegal possession, construction work and plating of land in dispute bearing gata No. 87/0.260 hectare, gata No. 125 kha/0.580 hectare, gata No. 126 gha/0.4430 hectare, gata No. 485/0.677 hectare, gata No. 130ka/0.1810 hectare, gata No. 492/0.2120 hectare, gata No. 87/0.0260 hectare, gata No. 491/0.0820 hectare situated in Village-Kaurah, Pure Baluwa Tiwari Ka Purwa Post Kandasa Pergana & Tehsil- Milkipur District- Ayodhya within short and reasonable period prescribed by this Hon'ble in interest of justice. True copy of temporary injunction along with suit contained as Annexure No.1 to the petition. 2. Considering the relief as prayed for, the present petition is disposed off directing the Court concerned to decide the injunction application filed in the aforesaid suit with all expedition, preferably within six weeks from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
