The petitioner has filed an objection regarding the eligibility of respondent No.3 for being considered for allotment of retail outlet for sale of petroleum products through the lottery system, as the land offered by him is jointly owned by four tenure holders whereas the lease has been executed only by one and as claimed by the petitioner, the partition suit in this regard has been rejected. After filing of this petition, the petitioner has received a notice from the officers of the Indian Oil Corporation dated 07.03.2025 acknowledging the complaint. The said letter dated 07.03.2025 is taken on record. Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3 says that the facts as stated by the petitioner are incorrect. We do not wish to enter into this controversy as the Indian Oil Corporation is already seized with the matter. We dispose of this petition with the direction to the respondent No.2 to consider and dispose of the complaint of the petitioner as per law after hearing the parties and getting the facts verified.
