Nirupama Talukdar from the connected writ petition being WP(C) No. 1880/2024 for the reason that said petitioner had expired on 23.04.2025. Prayer stands allowed with the risk and cost of the rest of the petitioners. Accordingly, the name of the petitioner No. 1 be deleted from the array of parties. I.A. stands disposed of. Page No.# 3/3 The rest of the petitioners i.e. petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 furnish an amended cause title before the Registry and also furnish the same to the learned counsel representing the respondents within a period of five days from today.
