THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARULU NIMMAGADDA CONTEMPT CASE NO.4052 OF 2025 ORDER: 1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, pending contempt case, the cheque power of the petitioner was restored in compliance of the orders of this Court in W.P.No.2228 of 2025 dated 22.08.2025. Learned counsel further submits that, pending contempt case, the term of the office of the Sarpanch is already completed by March, 2026 and furnished written instructions substantiating the restoration of cheque power when the petitioner was acting as Sarpanch, in view of the interim orders passed by this Court. 2. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner that the direction issued passed by this Court in W.P.No.2228 of 2025 dated 22.08.2025 is complied with, no further adjudication is necessary. Even otherwise, the term of office of Sarpanch is already completed. Therefore, no further orders are necessary to be passed in this contempt case. NV,J CC.No.4052 of 2025 2 3. In the result, contempt case is closed. No costs. 4.
