To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing and commanding the opposite party no.3 to investigate the present case in missing report dated 15.11.2024, G.D. no.050/2024 at P.S. Madiyaon, District-Lucknow, contained as Annexure No.1 to this writ petition, in the interest of justice. 2. To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the opposite parties no.2 & 3 to ensure the recovery of the petitioner's brother as soon as possible in the interest of justice. 3. To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the higher authority for conducting the investigation in pursuance of the missing report dated 15.11.2024, G.D. no.050/2024 at P.S. Madiyaon, District-Lucknow." 3. Learned A.G.A., on instructions, states that in this case, F.I.R. has been duly registered and a copy of the same has been provided to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw present writ petition. 5. Accordingly, present writ petition is consigned to record as withdrawn. .
