The present petition has been filed challenging an interlocutory order, whereby the substitution application was allowed on a cost of Rs.300/-. 3. The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the fact with regard to death of the wife was duly disclosed in the written statement also. However, a false plea was taken that the information with regard to death was revealed for the first time in July, 2022 and an application for substitution was moved on 03.08.2022. 4. Considering the fact that the order impugned is an interlocutory order, I do not see any reason to interfere. 5. The petitioner would be at liberty to challenge the said order also when the matter is finally decided in accordance with law. 6. The petition stands disposed of.
