Learned Counsel for the Applicants submits that in connected matters the claimants are permitted to withdraw 75% amount out of which 50% was allowed to be withdrawn on usual undertaking and 25% amount on furnishing solvent security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
