(Oral) Applicant is in judicial custody in FIR No.12 of 2022, under Sections 363, 366, 376 IPC and 5/6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Police Station Kiccha, District Udham Singh Nagar. He has sought his release on bail. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. This is the fourth bail application of the applicant. The first bail application was dismissed in non- prosecution on 13.07.2022, the second bail application was rejected on 27.08.2022 and the third bail application was also rejected on 27.02.2024. 4.
