Perused the material on record. None represented for the Petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on instructions, would submit that the subject matter of this Writ Petition is purely civil in nature and respondent Police never interfered in the civil disputes between the parties and would submit that appropriate orders may be passed by disposing of this Writ Petition. 3 In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Respondent Police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties except according to law. No order as to costs. Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
