Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Savitra Vardhan Singh, learned counsel for respondent No.2. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "i. A writ, order or directions in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding the opposite parties to submit the examination form for LL.B. 5th Semester and thereafter permit the petitioner to appear in the examination of LL.B. 5th semester in the interest of justice." 3. After arguing at considerable length, both the parties agreed that the matter may be remitted to the Vice-Chancellor of Chhatrapati Shau Ji Maharaj University to take a decision considering the hardships faced by the petitioner. 4. In view thereof, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to move an appropriate representation highlighting the hardships faced by him as well as the fact that the persons similarly situated have been given the benefits. In case, such a representation is filed along with a copy of this order, the Vice-Chancellor shall pass orders thereupon in accordance with law after considering the hardships faced by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the representation being filed.
