Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. By means of this petition, the petitioner has sought quashing of First Information Report dated 16.11.2024 bearing F.I.R./Case Crime No.306 of 2024, under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 IPC, and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, registered at Police Station Indira Nagar, District Lucknow. 3. Learned A.G.A., who is present for the State, on instructions, states that in this case, charge sheet has been prepared and submitted before the supervisory authority. 4. In view thereof, no further orders can be passed in the present writ petition. 5. However, if the petitioner has any grievance in respect of charge-sheet, petitioner can express it by way of an application before the supervisory authority within ten days, who shall take a decision on the same in accordance with law within a period of three weeks thereafter. 6.
