This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 10.02.2025 at Police Station- Mahila Thana, District- Unnao at FIR No.006 of 2025 for the offence under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(2), 351(4) and 74 BNS contained in Annexure 1 to this writ petition. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioners prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to take appropriate proceedings before appropriate Court as permissible under law. 4.
