A review has been sought with regard to the order dated 17.02.2025 passed in Matter Under Article 227 No.801 of 2025 whereby, directions were issued for deciding the execution case within a period of three months. 3. The Counsel for the applicant argues that this Court had passed an order on 04.01.2018 in Writ-C No.28170 of 2016 (U.P. Jal Nigam vs The Presiding Officer and others) challenging the award, which is sought to be executed, in which, interim order has been passed. It is stated that the said interim order is in operation. 4. Considering the fact that this fact was not brought to the knowledge of the Court, the present review application is disposed off directing that the execution shall be decided in accordance with. While doing so, the Executing Court shall take into consideration that any interim order has been passed by this Court or not. The Executing Court shall also take into consideration the submission that an application has been filed for modification of the order before this Court, which is said to be pending.
