There is a electricity pole installed in the land of the petitioner bearing Gata No. 163 situated at Village Vikrampur, Pargana Hadaha, Tehsil and District Unnao, as claimed. The petitioner wants is removal and has applied for the same. 3. However, learned counsel for the Electricity Corporation says that the such pole can be removed, but, there are certain formalities referable to Rule 82 of the Indian Electricity Rules, 1956 which have not been complied, therefore, the petitioner may submit a proper application after completing the formalities which would be considered and decided. 4. Let the petitioner do the needful. As and when a fresh application is submitted the same shall be processed and appropriate action taken at the earliest, say, within six weeks of its submission. 5.
