This writ petition has been filed for the following main relief: "(i). issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report lodged by the opposite party no. 4 registered as FIR No.0057 of 2025, under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) BNS at Police Station Bihar, District Unnao to the extent it relates to the petitioners, contained as Annexure no.1 to this writ petition." After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioners prays to withdraw the present writ petition. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the same.
