Counsel for the Bank says that the deposits have been released in favour of the nominee i.e. the mother of the deceased, therefore, if the petitioner who claims to be wife of the deceased has any claim or right in respect of the said deposits, she can raise it viz-a-viz the mother in law. Moreover, he also informs that it is the insurance amount which has been released, but, the Insurance Company has not been arrayed as an opposite party. 3. These are not matters to be adjudicated under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The petitioner may avail other remedies, as may be prescribed. 4. The petition is disposed of.
