THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR ORDERS, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER: CORAM: HON'BLE MR JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, petitioner seeks the following reliefs: "Wherefore, the petitioner most respectfully prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to: (1) Issue writ in the nature of certiorari and quash the endorsement dated 22.06.2023 in Writ Petition No.1140/2022- 147/2021-22 and another endorsement dated 06/09/2023 in Writ Petition No.1140/2022-147/2021-22 issued by the respondent No.3 under Annexure-T and V respectively. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:17180 WP No. 787 of 2024 (2) Issue writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents No.1 to 5 to renew the recognition and to continue the petitioners institution. (3) Issue such other order or direction or any other order, writ as may be deemed fit in the given circumstance of the case." 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present petition, the petitioner has submitted a representation along with relevant documents in Form No.A on 13.03.2025 and as such the present petition may be disposed of issuing appropriate directions to the concerned respondent to consider the said representation and take appropriate decision/pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible. 3. Submission is placed on record. 4.
