The learned counsel for the petitioner would mainly contend that the place of choice decided by the authorities are not conducive for running Anganwadi Centre. 3. The learned Government Pleader would submit that the construction works have already commenced and on account of interim order, further progress has not been made. Place for construction of Anganwadi Centre is to be decided at the administrative level in accordance with the rules in force. The petitioner cannot make any suggestion regarding the place for construction of Anganwadi Centre. 4. May that as it be. In view of the fact the construction has already commenced, the respondents shall proceed and complete the construction by following the rules and regulations in force for construction of Anganwadi Centre. 4.
