If the same is maintainable and is referable to any provision of the Uttar Pradesh Co-operative Societies Act, 1965 and Rules made thereunder and there is no other legal impediment, then the same may be considered as per law, however, without prejudice to the rights of the opposite party no.6, who shall have to be heard.
