Civil Case No.20 of 2025, bearing CNR No.UPSI010004142025 (Awdhesh Kumar Singh Vs Uttar Pradesh Sarkar) filed by the petitioners U/s 8 of Hindu Minority & Guardianship Act expeditiously in view of the urgency surrounding the minor's education and future security within a specific time frame as may be deemed fit & proper by this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice. Copy of the Suit is annexed herewith as Annexure No. 1 to this petition." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the court concerned shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending case with all expedition, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
